Dongguan Weihong Hardware and Plastic Products was established in 2005, but has accumulated nearly 20 years of technical experience in the furniture industry. We specialize in the design and manufacture of furniture hardware accessories, producing furniture parts like sofa headrest hinges, armrest hinges, and other lift mechanisms. We employ about 100 workers in our 8,000-square-meter factory and we have 20,000 sets of products for you to choose from.
All of our products' fittings undergo strict loading, salt spray, pressure, and aging tests as well as pucker tests for more than 30,000 times. This is done by five QC personnel with more than two years' experience who ensure all products are produced according to ISO 9001:2008 guidelines. They also retest raw materials before putting them into mass production. Our buyers include KOYO, Hafele and more.
We invest 20 percent of our revenues in R&D with four staff every year. Their five years' experience allow them to offer 10 new items per month. They also accept OEM and ODM orders and can design and offer a sample with one month based on your request. Some of our products also have patents in mainland China.
